Initially based on headline keywords cut-out from a pile of old newspapers I used to illustrate an article of my Polaroid Android summertime series (see Related articles), this word collage is a very good example of how the deliberately discouraging, disempowering vocabulary used by mainstream media does poison and program our minds. I therefore decided to create its digital counter-spell replacing each word with its antonym (or the closest thing to that) to work as a potent positive reprogramming antidote. If words had no power, why would they seek so desperately to restrict freedom of speech? A closed mouth catches no truth.
